It’s a secret! Can you keep it?? The truth is, there’s no secret. My Calatheas still get brown edges and once in awhile I still lose one. My biggest issue with them has always been spider mites. I keep them grouped together to increase humidity but that also makes it easier for mites to spread. I check the plants weekly and will rinse them off thoroughly in the sink about every other week. The rest of my plants only get a shower every 4-6 weeks. I have heard that certain Calatheas are easier than others. I have lost a few white fusions and a couple ornatas. The musaica is supposed to be an easier one, but mine is completely crispy on the edges. My rattlesnake has been with me 4 years and two repots and I’ve never had an issue, except some spider mites.
