I can see why @eater_ny called this taco one of the “most essential tacos around New York City!” 🌮 The “Gobernador” taco from @casabondnoho was absolteuly delicious and easily one of the best tacos I’ve had in NYC! With shrimp & (perfectly tender) steak on a handmade flour tortilla and served with chihuahua cheese, tomato & poblano, this taco really nailed it on flavor and execution! I often avoid ordering steak tacos because sometimes the meat can be too chewy, but that was not the case with this taco 😋
