A lot of things would prevent me from getting out of bed (ironically enough with the space theme one of my issues is/was existential anxiety). I noticed a lot of things are out of my control and that made me stay in bed even more! But, the probabilities are endless when you get out of that bed, drink water, and allow the destiny of your day to unravel. If it seems impossible, there are other chances at a better day. We all need to be patient with ourselves no matter what, it has taken me years to get to the point I am at right now.
