Stop saying yes. This is a reminder to all the people pleasers to take time to think before you say yes! Last Monday I was invited to what would have been an incredible event! I have spent a number of weeks, in fact MONTHS spreading myself too thin, back and forth to London and saying yes to everything to please everyone. Reality in this is you could be missing out on a lot too! I had a fun day booked in with my little cousin... and @lonnieloo and sometimes you need to choose what is important! At this time I missed seeing this cheeky little bean, and the event I would have gone to would be packed full of people and I know I wouldn’t be missed. Give yourself a day to commit especially if your diary is spinning your head! We had the best time, having lunch, a walk around quarry park as well as playing in the park and watching a movie!
