It's National Artichoke Hearts Day in the USA, and we have the perfect recipe for you to try -- Spinach Artichoke Dip! š±šā ā INGREDIENTS:ā - 1 teaspoon oilā - 3 cloves garlic choppedā - 10 ounces fresh baby spinachā - 16 ounces vegan cream cheese (room temperature)ā - 1ā3 cup vegan mayoā - 1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts drained and choppedā - 1ā4 cup nutritional yeast or vegan parmesanā - 1ā4 teaspoon black pepperā - 1ā4 teaspoon saltā ā METHOD:ā 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.ā 2. Heat oil in a large pan on medium heat. SauteĢ garlic until browned, about 2 minutes. Add in spinach and sauteĢ until wilted. Remove from heat.ā 3. In a baking dish, mix together the vegan cream cheese, mayo, artichoke hearts, nutritional yeast, sauteĢed spinach, salt, and pepper.ā 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
