Even before we started to build the #browncountybarnburner I've wanted to host workshops and other things to connect people in the community, tourists, and local businesses. . We've already been a part of a few fun things with @trailandvine @the_savory_swine @chefleeinyourhome @simplyfitness1 @browncountybikes to name a few (📷 # 2-7), and I'm excited for more to come. . I really like the idea of a "Make It, Take It" type workshop, especially around the holidays and I recently realized that we still had full availability the second weekend of December (which is RARE at this time of year) and we could potentially host something on Saturday, December 10 💡 . I've reached out to several businesses and have a few options lined up, but now I need your input on what you'd prefer to see and participate in! . At a minimum we're looking at partnering with @laurilynflowerfarm to host a custom wreath and Christmas arrangement workshop in the Event Space (see 📷 # 8, or check out their page, for some gorgeous examples), but we could also go bigger and bring in more businesses 🤔 . Other ideas include cookie decorating with supplies and directions from @offbeetbakery maybe something with @sweetmerakidesigns and more.
