f r e s h w e e k • I’ve just finished my first cycle workout on the pelaton for a little while.. ouchhhh!! I’ve been prioritising doing yoga and meditation whilst work has been at a peak. Sometimes crazy & intense workouts are not what my body needs. I had a lush weekend taking a moment to realign and back at it today. I’m supposed to be on annual leave having quality time with my boy this week but I’ve had to cancel it because of projects at work. Not particularly happy if anything quite frustrated but it is what it is. I can hopefully make up for it soon! The food shop has just landed, B is fast on and I’m very ready for a hot shower and an early night.
