Exciting week on site on our new-build Devon home project. The scaffolding came down, finally revealing the exterior including this central hallway window. So much to love on this photo: 💥 Double-height Crittal - dramatic yet somehow calm and refined (this took a lot of research to find and make happen, hats off to everyone involved). 💥 Central entrance hall viewed within, with front door open at the back, sweeping stone staircase, oval roof light above. 💥 Beautiful natural texture and tones of the stonework, contrasting with the sharpness of the glazing. 💥 The copper-clad fascias picking up the curved roofline and catching the light beautifully (though tarnishing fast). 💥 The gentle asymmetry of the wings coming forward. 💥 Cheeky glimpse of a bathroom porthole window. 💥 The steps up in the foreground landscaping (to follow). 💥 The vertical cuts in the stonework which will be very cool open copper drainpipes (yes even the drainpipes got special attention!)
