All the hate & dislike has left me shocked after the new trailer release of Disney’s remake of The Little Mermaid! Ariel is played by Halle Bailey - a talented black women - and apparently that makes the film unrealistic & unconvincing as ‘blacks can’t swim’ & has received 1.5 million dislikes 💔 Here’s a fact... BLACK PEOPLE CAN SWIM! Thank you Disney for all that you do to help break these stereotypes in society. Disney movies are a fantasy & an amazing chance to show all generations that everyone are equals. I’ve seen so many beautiful videos of young girls watching the trailer & seeing representation finally shown in fairytales... dreams really can come true! ✨🐠🧜🏾‍♂️ #STOPracism
