Find more recipes like this on our website (🔗in bio) Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (80/20) Salt and pepper to taste 4 brioche buns 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese) 1 tomato, sliced 1 white onion Lettuce Pickles, sliced Smash Kitchen Classic Tomato Ketchup Instructions: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, slightly larger than the size of your buns.Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the pan to melt the cheese. While the patties are cooking, toast the buns in a separate skillet until golden brown. Take the buns out and then caramelize the onions in the same lightly greased skillet with a dash of water until they're softened and browned. Spread a thin layer of Smash Kitchen Classic Tomato Ketchup on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Then add the cheeseburger patty. Top with lettuce, slice of tomato, and caramelized onions.
