The boots room in the Cornish holiday house was formed from an old double garage. We insulated the walls and floor, fitted new joinery, designed by @pwdeane , and installed a new floor of reclaimed quarry tiles that is one of my favourite choices for rooms like this. Next door is a laundry and flower room. It’s all painted in one of my all time favourite colours from the 1950s range by @papersandpaints - the code name 4050-B. My first boss wasn’t so keen and called it the colour of a freshly laid cow-pat. But a green that is brown and a brown that’s olive green is my thing, I will take that as a compliment! Next up is the small guest loo that we wallpapered in my glowing jewel toned willow bough paper from my collaboration with @wmorrisandco - and the laundry room leads through to the kids playroom and tv room, which we added onto the house and you can see the exterior in the final image.
