💫 at 16 yrs old (pic on left) I weighed well over 300lbs+ and was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure a few years later. I was admitted into the ER for 13 days and was told i would need a heart transplant. The news was devastating for both me and especially my family.....But it’s during times of adversity where you can make a choice. You can either give up and say poor me or you can stand up and fight, fight for your purpose, your dreams and your belief that you are stronger than your circumstances and that you are put on this earth for a reason and that every day you wake up is a blessing, because you woke up ....💕 Back then I was surrounded by people who were super supportive and positive and within 2 years I lost 130 + lbs and overcame both my heart disease and weight challenges 💕 Today I am the luckiest person on the planet. At DOGPOUND I am constantly surrounded by people who are making myself and others around me better each and every day.
