Almond hibiscus cake 🌺 Hibiscus flowers are edible and I used dried petals here. When you brew the petals the tea will be red, when add powdered to cake batter it will be purple, when add to whipped cream it’ll turn bright pink. The colour is very intense and persistent. It’s no artificial ingredient in my cake. How it tastes? Sour. Kind of red currant fruit I would say. 🌺🍞🌺 ............... . . Ciasto migdałowo - hibiskusowe 🌺 Kwiaty hibiskusa są jadalne i użyłam tutaj suszone płatki. Jeśli zaparzycie z nich herbatę będzie czerwona, jeśli dodacie zmielone do ciasta wyjdzie fioletowe, jeśli dodacie do bitej śmietany zmieni się w intensywnie różową. Kolor jest bardzo intensywny i trwały. W moim cieście nie ma sztucznych dodatków. Jak to smakuje? Kwaśno.
