We all have different methods when it comes to enhancing our moods , our health, our minds ! Going outside is one solution, but some dread going outdoors. I have suffered from social anxiety and seasonal depression for many years, I have made peace with the social anxiety part as I’ve tried heading towards area that are healing for me ...like camping, staying in a cabin in nature with a porch, driving to the water, sitting on grass, or having a picnic, getting a puppy has also helped getting outside . The sun and outdoors are very healing for me now . We are all different ! But cabin fever takes a toll on me at home so I force myself to be around people , or alone by water!! Vitamin D and sunny walks are so important to me (even if I want to crawl up and hide from the world.) We all have insecurities where it’s difficult to face the world, but when you create a healthy relationship with nature and outdoors you might feel connected more than ever to yourself 🌞🌞🌞
