my die alone ep turned 2 years old this week. reminiscing on this project is bittersweet. everything felt so final back then. i was experiencing love more intensely than i ever had. this intensity ultimately came to devastate me, but it forced me to understand the difference between desire and necessity. i am grateful this body of work exists as to remember the love, loss, and helplessness that comes with how little control one really has over anything outside of their own mind. the feelings immortalized on this ep will ripple through me forever. i appreciate everyone who has listened and felt a sense of solidarity within my morose meanderings. also would love to know.. what is your fav song/lyric/moment?
