Having adult onset acne in my early 20s was scarring both emotionally and physically. Fortunately over the years I found caring, talented aestheticians who have helped me to heal. Having challenging skin for most of my adult life has actually worked out in my favor, since it’s led me to be more mindful of my how I care for my skin. Now in my 40s I feel like I look better than ever. Part of that is the calm and confidence that comes from my daily self care routine. My intention in doing these videos is to share what has helped me in order to encourage anyone who may be dealing with insecurities over their skin.
