What a week it has been! I can't tell you how long it has been since I have been away so it was lovely recuperating with Queen @dawnbutler - An amazing stay at @oakleycourt facilitated by the great man @mobolise ambassador @andrespence 🙌🏽 From sailing, to tennis, to cycling and of course plenty of good food! Every now and again one must replenish and rejuvenate before we get back on the treadmill because health is the real wealth.🙏🏽
