from 26 to 29 years old. morning routine is greens powder in water, then black coffee, and a morning walk. next i journal my intentions for the day and reflect on progress. Then i usually work and weight train. utilize progressive overload and keep track of your lifts! i use inkey list retinol once or twice a week at night. i use drunk elephant B-hydra intensive hydration serum once or twice a week at night too. in the mornings i do a face wash (youth to the people kale and green tea cleanser), an exfoliant (paulas 2% BHA), a moisturizer (drunk elephant polypeptide cream), and a sunscreen (supergoop mineral sheer screen). on my hair i use olaplex leave in products once every week or two, condition and shampoo with shea products every 3 days usually, put R&Co moisture and shine cream while it’s still damp, then use a protectant and hit it with a heat brush. that blue bottle is R&Co featherlight hairspray and the tan one is Oribe finishing spray wax (to hold its form). nutrition is another massive part of this and ill get more into it in future videos. also please dont read this in a patrick bateman voice please god #transformation #fypシ
