What youâll need - 1 cup rolled oats, blended 1â2 cup Premier Protein Lemon Bar Shake 1â4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 2 tbsp honey 1 lemon, juiced and zested 1â2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp almond butter 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt 2 tbsp chia seeds Optional: white chocolate, for drizzle Instructions - 1. Pulse oats in a blender/food processor until they resemble coarse flour. 2. In a bowl, combine oat flour, coconut, chia seeds, salt, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, honey, almond butter, and Greek yogurt. 3. Pour in the Premier Protein shake and stir until dough forms.
