I am a BIG FAN of this snack at one of my favorite EPCOT spots! This is the Mickey Werther’s Original Caramel Chocolate Cookie Sandwich from Karamell-Küche in the Germany pavilion at EPCOT. It’s two chocolate cookies sandwiched with Werther’s Original Caramel, salted caramel buttercream frosting, and a sprinkle of sea salt. I don’t even love caramel and this absolutely blew me away. The cookies are so soft, the buttercream is fluffy, and the salt is exactly what you need to balance out the sweetness.
