As the sun sets on 2022, a gratitude flex is in order. Right off the top, I’m consistently amazed by the surreal dream that is my life—a privilege not of my doing and made possible only by your support. And so, to all the scientists and seekers, artists and athletes, authors and academics, mavens and mavericks, and philosophers and paradigm breakers who have graced the show, thank you for sharing your gifts with me, and by proxy, the world. To you—the audience—thank you for taking this wild leap of faith into the unknown alongside me. How could I possibly repay you for a decade of trust with your most precious asset, your attention? Thank you for channeling that attention into positive action to better yourselves and the planet we share. This is my fuel—and proof positive that conversation truly does matter. May your introduction to 2023 be surrounded by loved ones. People who see and hold a vision for your most actualized self lurking within—and champion it’s expression. Honor your blessings. Forgive yourself for your shortcomings (note to self). Seek clarity on what must change. Make the decisions deep down you know must be made. Hold yourself accountable. Enlist others to do the same for you—and you for them. And let’s get to work—together. Because we need each other.
