Trust me I’m (not) a professional 🏄🏼‍♀️👀 BUT I do know a thing or two about bodies & how they move 💁🏼‍♀️ Here’s how I’m keeping surf fit out here in Bali because surfing is HARD anyway...even harder without a base level of fitness 😮‍💨🔥 1️⃣-4️⃣ Rounds (depending on base fitness level) 60 secs rest between circuits if doing more than 1 🏄🏼‍♂️Resistance band rows (x20) 🏄Push ups (x10) 🏄🏼‍♀️Paddle practice 45secs 🏄🏼‍♂️Pop practice 45secs 🏄Skipping 45secs Some pull, some push, some paddle, some pop & some good ol’ fashion cardio. I definitely find having trained these things helpful when I’m out in the ocean. 👉🏼 If you have a thicker band do less reps & stand further in Let’s goooo surfy friends 👯‍♀️🌊🌊🌊 Anyone else do a happy dance & jump around right before they’re about to surf?! 🤩
