Member Spotlight✨ Today’s feature is @pattiekellyihi ! She is an interior designer and owner of her own design studio based out of Richmond. Education: Interior Decorating Certification from the University of Richmond, Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University Past career: I’ve had a few: Retail Management, Sales, Account Management What you like about the industry: With so many styles and points of view, I love how there’s room for everyone in the design industry. Why did you join IFDA: I joined the IFDA for the amazing support and networking. I always learn something at our monthly events and love the opportunities to meet other industry folks I can partner with like painters, furniture sources, and workroom owners. I love that we can share ideas and help one another grow our businesses. I joined this organization while I was a student and it’s given me so much that I now serve on the board for my local chapter. Favorite Things! - Food: Chicken Tikka Masala - Travel: I’m a homebody through and through so I don’t like the leaving home part of traveling, but I love exploring a new place on a guided tour once I’m there.
