This inspiring movement works to drive corporate change, and champion compassionate food choices with the aim of ending animal farming, protecting the planet, and improving human health. Throughout the month of January, we'll be highlighting our Chef's Grilled Cabbage, served exclusively in West Hollywood. The plant-forward vegan dish is made with marinated & grilled cabbage, topped with tofu stracciatella, basil emulsion, crispy chickpeas and pickled red onion pearls. We can't wait for you to try it!
