This younger version of me didn’t care about perfection and metrics. She was just having a good time, being herself, and wasn’t worried about what anyone else was doing. She was unapologetically herself, full of potential, and a dream — most of which are more than she could have ever imagine. Believe in yourself like I believed in her. Was always that girl and am still that girl because no material thing, growing up with less, who was doing it at the time, and who didn’t believe in me never mattered more than staying true to myself. Thrive in your uniqueness. Resist the pressure to conform and fit the mold. Pave your own way and things will happen when they’re meant to.
