Throughout the journey of buying a salon I found out how emotionally challenging and hard it was. So I ate, drank and cried my way through it. Surprisingly I found myself at the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’m late to posting these before and afters because I’ve always been sensitive to my weight. But when I signed for my beautiful new salon I knew I had to break the lifestyle I was in. My friend @shaneintheass took me on and helped me transform my body not by weight but by composition. I’ve lost 15 lbs in 30 days and gained a dump truck ass in the making. Thank you @shaneintheass for bringing the sleds out at the end of my workouts and simply pushing me on my off days. I cannot recommend @metrokcfitness enough for being an affordable inclusive space. I more than ever cannot thank @shaneintheass for being my coach and helping me grow without ever feeling intimidated in the gym.
