Each happens only once in the History of the UNIVERSE” So learn to dance through the rain, smile at the face of a challenge, because even your darkest days wont last and soon the sun will rise again 🌞 If we can remember how sacred & unique each moment is, maybe we will relish in its magic just a little more, maybe we will be more present to the gift of the present moment, which is always fleeting, moment to moment. Just remember, even though your good times wont last forever, it also means neither will your bad times 🌦🌈 So keep your head up to the sun/light, learn from your mistakes, forgive, let go, and move on so that the shadows fall behind you and no longer on you. Once the lesson is learned, that story is done. As I say this, I also practice it myself full heartedly, saying goodbye to the man who couldn’t honor what/who was in front of him, or practice the words he preached. I take ownership of where and how I could’ve shown up differently, while letting go of self-criticism and self-judgment that often berates us.
