Becoming an artist and graphic designer has meant screen time overload 🤯 I must create movement throughout my day to stay active so I don’t develop body aches and mental strain on my eyes! As for my community online it is so special that I get to interact with you all through this crazy digital realm! I do have trouble socializing outdoors, I get very anxious.. and I feel that is a result of being addicted to social platforms, keeping in the loop with clients, and projects, creating artwork, posting, posting, and more posting. That is of course my job and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! I must pay attention to the fact that the real world is out there as well and must tend to it every day to stay balanced, stay in touch with my life and its reality.
