Just 0 or 00 flour (all-purpose will work great) and warm water. Some add extra virgin olive oil to make the dough softer, I find that adjusting the amount of water to my needs gives me the right consistency even without it. You might also want to lightly oil the surface to prevent it to start cracking, especially if you’re working a bit slowly. But I don’t want to risk staining my beloved wooden board 😂⠀
What you might want is to ever so slightly wet your hands every now and then, but only if you feel like the dough ropes keep on sliding without any friction while rolling them to make them your preferred thickness. ⠀
