First of all why? There nutrients in ginger that are incredibly healthy, so that if you had this regularly you’d be able to fight off illness. Personally, growing up I’ve never been a fan of ginger. Sometimes you make exceptions when it’s bigger than you.
If you want you can add agave for sweetener you can. Sometimes I do, most of the time I don’t. Or use sugar if you just have to.
If you feel the burn that means it’s working.
