Lots going on in the world at the minute, some of it very challenging for many. In a truly bizarre moment, amidst it all I've decided to try and haul myself around the best city in the world, one last time and raise money for a brilliant charity that's very close to my heart. @phabkids work tirelessly enabling people of all abilities to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side. I was very fortunate to get to work with PHAB whilst @merchanttaylorsschool and witness first hand the amazing & vital work they do. Ironically, I'm perhaps about 19 stone heavier than the last time I got around London but this would see me level with my Dad at 4 medals, plus it would also put me two ahead of my brother Daniel and ultimately, at this stage in the game, that's basically insurmountable daylight and clear open water between us...not the main focus, but something to factor in..
