The universe had bigger plans for me in 2022 than I had intended. My most physically, mentally & spiritually challenging times. It was the year I finally put sobreity first after decades of struggling with substance abuse, made traditional therapy my priority, worked my a$$ off in silence on my passion projects, cried many tears of fear & anxiety as I silently struggled with a health condition that caused early stages of paralysis throughout the left side of my face and body, watched my sister continue to flourish in her sobriety journey, moved into the house of my dreams, let new love in & made peace with so many traumas from my past... Growth is not linear, it is a never ending road with twists and turns, and I’m grateful for all the lessons. Over the last decade on social media- I’ve learned how to keep my personal life very separate from my online persona, but as I move into this new phase I feel more inclined than ever to merge the two and share my most authentic self & the struggles that built me 🪷✨
