Shout out to Lisa, Cara, Sharon, Adriana, Shay, Joseph, Aloo, Young & Old Chris, Carl Gregory and the rest of team. We threw down with broccoli cheese arancini and veggie rice bowl packed full of greens, sweet potatoes, melrose peppers, feta, cucs, crunchy seeds and chile oil! And to top it off- I got to cook @todayplaza @todayshow with the @hodakotb for the big game day segment- we made two recipes from LTYV- roast chicken with so many peppers and broccoli cheese twice bakers. Thank you Hoda, you are such a gracious host. (And I could have died having you intro me as an author!!!)
