1A. PRONE I-T-Y-W 5x6/position
1B. INCLINE DB FLYES 5x8
2. BENCH (Ascending) 3x5@80%
3A. Face Pulls (2s Pause) 3x10
3B. Seated Cable Row 3x10
3C. Wide Grip Push Ups 3xAMRAP (these were not recorded for obvious reasons LOL)
4A. Supinated Grip Inverted Rows 4x7
4B. Preacher Curls (3s Negative) 4x8
I squeezed in this workout before my first meeting today and it took me 1 hour. I love priming my bench with something to wake up my shoulders and chest. The prone I-T-Y-W are my least favorite, but I’ll do them if they’re programmed.
Today’s bench is moderate. 3x5 starting at 80% of your training max. I stayed at 80% and didn’t ascend so don’t judge me.
