Tough day on the dance floor. First day back after 2 week vacation. Only time to coordinate schedules with @trainwithlloyd was at 5:00 after a full day starting w an 8 AM training with @coachmarkaquino_nj and after back to back meetings and a 2 hour press interview. Did not feel like going. Ate apple slices and peanut butter and just showed up. Takeaway don’t think just do it. Get going. Thank you @trainwithlloyd for the infusion of energy
