Loving being a part of the “Project Men” Series. It’s created such a snowball over the past month.. I’m very grateful for my position in this industry. Ive been hairdressing longer than I’ve been modelling but they both go hand in hand so well.. through hairdressing I stepped into modelling, through modelling I’ve gained a lot of clients as a hairdresser and the cycle is constantly growing through my hard work and the connections I’ve built over time🙏🏼 About a month ago I booked a job with @emmasimmonshair and she cut and styled my hair for the Wahl Project Men’s Series, which comes out in Barber Evo Magazine next month!🤘🏼 Whilst there I met @katie_vial while there doing PR for the brand @captainfawcett that I already knew through @sidsottungacademy - I told her I was freelance hairdressing in London but looking to go back to a salon part time aswell as have flexibility to do freelance hair and modelling.. Katie knew a salon owner in East London with an overflow of customers and I went and got the job with him! So this job with Wahl also snowballed me into a new salon position at @stuartrosshair - a salon I’m very happy to be a part of the team at! At that same event I booked another role the Project Men’s series as a hair model for Sid at the Captain Fawcett HQ - and THEN... that also snowballed into me landing a spot on stage cutting along side Sid at Salon International, the UKs largest annual hairdressing exhibition! What a lucky and productive month.
