One of the last times I saw Riley was the morning after we played a show in Dallas. We somehow came into JFK conspiracies at the show and I mentioned I had never seen the grassy knoll. He said “we gotta get you there” and picked me up at 8 the next morning so he could show me the fence where people write their theories. He bought me this newsprint historical journal from a guy on the street before we left. Riley was always like that and people should be like Riley to each other more often. I’m gonna miss you so much man.
