4️⃣ best CERAMIDE SERUMS i've used to improve the condition of my /skin barrier/ 😤i love ceramides/cholesterol/fatty acids for replenishing & nourishing my skin even when it's not particularly impaired. but when it IS damaged... it does wonders for repairing! it can even help ur skin become less dehydrated overtime so that'll mean less fine lines, more plumping! everyone can see the benefits from adding such ingredients to their routines. periodt. 💅🏻 💁🏻‍♂️so, ceramide serums are rarer than creams so options are more limited. tbh serums dont hit the same as an actual ceramide moisturizer in terms of repairing based on my own skin's experience. but still these "serums" are amazingly effective & easy to integrate thanks to their light textures! 1️⃣ample:n ceramide shot ampoule (~$25 usd/100 ml): it has 3 types of ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, niacinamide, adenosine, beta-glucan, allantoin, arctigenin, glycerin & diglycerin! overall it's pretty hydrating & moisturizing with a creamier serum texture. it softens my skin, and just makes it look healthier in general. 2️⃣ @cocokind ceramide barrier serum ($22/30 ml): when this serum hit the market i knew itd be a hit! it has a light hydrating serum texture that you wouldn't even think it was a ceramide serum. it has 5 ceramides, fatty acids, cholesterol, squalane, ceramide precursors & beta-glucan. overall really helps skin retain moisture! 3️⃣ @stratiaskin liquid gold ($27/2 oz): altho a moisturizer, its light creme texture can act as a serum particularly if you have drier skin! with 3 types of ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids like from sea buckthorn oil, niacinamide, panthenol, squalane & more. it works so well to replenish a damaged barrier & restore your healthy glow. so effective, yummy natural smell too! 4️⃣rnw der concentrate ceramide plus serum (~$25/30 ml): this is one im loving at the moment! it has 5 types of ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, squalane, matrixyl 3000 + other collagen stimulating peptides like copper tripeptide-1, niacinamide, beta-glucan & colloidal oat. damn what an inci & also so effective for skin dehydration & aged skin! *all pr ik, my skins not been the best :c
