I have for 5/6 years & it’s done wonders for me & my skin. But that’s the thing- it works for ME. Skincare regimens/procedures/tools are not a one size fits all. I love love love sharing my skin journey, tips & what I’ve learned working in dermatology. But just remember- your skin is unique to you. If shaving your face works for you, that’s great! If it doesn’t, that’s ok too! If a bar of dial soap or bottle of heads and shoulders works as your face wash, then keeping using it!! You can only find out what’s best for you through trial & error.
