Slow cooker beef stew 2 lbs beef stew meat cubed 1 onion chopped 4 stalls celery chopped 1 cup baby carrots 4 russet potatoes, chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste 32 oz beef broth 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2-3 garlic cloves minced 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 2 bay leaves 3 tbsp cornstarch 3 tbsp cold water 1 cup frozen peas For the freezer: add all ingredients except the water, cornstarch and peas into a gallon freezer bag. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking. When you’re ready to cook: Lightly spray or line your crockpot Add in all ingredients except the cornstarch, water, and peas. Cook on low 7-8 hours. 30 minutes before it’s done mix the cornstarch and water together and mix well into the stew. Add the peas Continue cooking 30 minutes Slow cooker beef stroganoff 2 lbs beef stew meat cubed 12 ounces whole mushrooms, quartered 1 onion chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp parsley 2 cloves minced garlic 1 cup water (or beef broth) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream To freeze: Mix the water and mushroom soup together Add all ingredients, except the sour cream , to a gallon size freezer bag.
