Biggest prep I ever completed last week!!! Nicks māmā brought me a whole load of Harakeke and then it was mahi time!! Probably finished off around 1000 whenu (strips). They are sized, boiled and dried ready to be rehydrated when it’s time to weave 🥰 I will be studying raranga (weaving) at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa this year and am SO EXCITED about it.
