When the world has gone mad, where better to hideaway? A huge thank you to @creativefstone for inviting me to stay at Prospect Cottage, the home of the late Derek Jarman for a few nights. It was healing and otherworldly. This autumn, you have a chance to have a tour of Derek’s cottage and you should if you can. Jarman, even in his final years was making art, much of it inside the cottage. The man was a genius. Visit if you can, it’s a rare opportunity. Tours are strictly limited and must be booked in advance. I have written a specially commissioned piece about my stay for @fstonebookfest which I’ll share at the festival this November.
