Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, women have left the workforce due to childcare demands, stress, low pay and a lack of opportunities. In many cases, the pandemic has amplified the burden felt by women. However, some employers have stepped up to offer flexible work arrangements, childcare options and other benefits to support women in the workplace. Forbes teamed up with market research company Statista to identify the companies leading the way when it comes to trying to support women inside and outside their workforces with our annual ranking of America’s Best Employers For Women. The list was compiled by surveying 50,000 Americans—30,000 women and 20,000 men—working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Head to the link in our bio to read the full list.
