Now I know you know how to use ur pelvis so start with this routine 🄵🄵🄵 Ill have a more professional approach for you tomorrow, but go ahead and do some of these movements in the mirror. If it helps: think about your pelvis as a bucket of water. ITS FULL TO THE BRIM. Now dump some water out of the back of the bucket, then the front. Now swish it around a lil and try not to get pregnant. Try pelvis control in these positions: šŸ‘‰ standing šŸ‘‰ on all fours šŸ‘‰ in a quarter squat Come back when you’ve done this assignment and tell me how it felt for ya.
