If you are time starved you can get an effective workout in a few minutes with CLMBR, says CLMBR of the Week, De Bolton. What benefits are you seeing from your CLMBR workouts? My endurance has quickly changed. I used to be gassed within minutes of starting now I can make it until the end and its just been a month of consistency. What achievements have you made since starting on CLMBR? I hated cardio. I know its good for me but I didn't have the desire. Now, I look forward to getting my 30 minutes in by breaking it up into 2 CLMBR Workouts which fly by.
