We’ve got to stop glamorizing burnout. We laugh it off, call it a “grind era,” disappear for weeks, and come back saying “LOL sorry I ghosted, was just burnt out!” like it’s a quirky rite of passage. Burnout isn’t cute. It’s not something to normalize. And it’s definitely not proof that you’re doing enough. 💭 Burnout is a signal that you’ve been doing too much for too long without enough care. 💭 It’s your body saying pause. 💭 It’s your creativity begging to be nurtured instead of pushed to the limit.
