Same as always since we open in summer of 2018, we’ve got so much more to work on and to improve daily, but recognition by guests based on positive & happy memories they had with us, and the special award like this is the opportunity for me to appreciate how special the team is that I’m part of. Clock in positive, try to do better simple things everyday, cold drinks and hot food, run & deliver each of them urgently to the guests, try to pay attention to each table to read the story of them, try our best to strike them with some good genuine charming surprises as much as we can.
