I’m re-sharing this post from the Royal College of General Practitioners @royalcollegeofgps for their Black History Month campaign. I was asked what change do I hope to see in the NHS/Healthcare in the future and here’s what I had to say. I always say it’s difficult to know you can achieve something or know something is even an option when there is no one that looks like you in that position. I’m truly excited to see the day when young black girls and boys when asked who their role model is can come up with an endless list of amazing black role models in every single industry.
