Congratulations, @ceonichol! Well deserved 💙 #Repost @ceonichol ・・・ Last night I received the Legacy Award from Up2Us Sports at their Gala in New York City. The word legacy means a lot to me. As a first generation American, whose parents migrated to New York City from Jamaica I was so proud to be in the city where I was born and raised, receiving this award in front of my family. That is legacy to me. I was also so honored to be representing the work of my team, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, a group of passionate, hardworking people who have built something so special and partnerships like this one that could last a lifetime. That is legacy to me. I was happy to be able to celebrate our coach mentors who do so much for our youth participants in our Dodgers Dreamteam program, people like Regional Coach of the Year, Violeta Aguilar. That is legacy to me. Legacy often denotes something you have done or something you leave behind. Those things are really important to me, but legacy in action means so much more.
