There are Muses in my heart chamber who, like this one, have yet to be expo-ed on this growing gallery of souls who’ve let the carrousel of mysterious archetypes crawl from underneath their understanding onto the canvas of consciousness. If you have yet to grasp the bravery of this woman & the rest of my Muses, the fearlessness they must possess to be possessed by the thunder of clues from the trapped Self underneath the layers of everyday, then it’s time I prick my own heart that I keep still in their presence during sessions to demonstrate the bloody magnitude of this undertaking. It’s not life or death. It’s life AND death. To explore the regions of your psyche beyond mere theory, past the rhythm of lyrics your mind sings on loop glorifying past disasters, with images that come straight from a source within you requires submission & ancient intelligence. To self inquire & say there’s more than blame, patterns of an ordinary stench, this gross layer of living lies that you’ve built your identity upon means you’ve survived unspeakable torture, otherwise you wouldn’t ask if there is something extraordinary. How many people do you know who have the courage to hope, much less believe, that their Truth is painfully brighter than they could ever project & that its waiting to wed them with a reality more luxurious than their ideal? Desires are shallow & rancid, crumbs of clues, compared to the ecstasy of totality. I hope you can grasp this one liberating day. By the time these Meninas arrive to my atelier, they’ve pierced a darkness & raged towards the luminosity in it. There’s no freeze or flight left in them. They’ve been forced on their knees by Grace to have the chance to ask if there is an escape in this asylum of repetition & their hearts were still open enough to look up & hear the, “Yes.” There’s a reason for every tear, word, event & coincidence waiting impatiently to reveal itself. The only people I know who SINCERELY seek to unravel the mystery are my Muses. They’re saving their lives, which means they’re literally saving YOURS all bc they ask what the masses won’t.
